33 July: The Streets Speak Again

On the afternoon of August 2, after Friday prayers, rallies surged through neighborhoods and cities. From villages to urban centers, people poured into the streets. In Dhaka, a “Journey of Defiance” drew thousands, students, workers, professionals, families, marching side by side. In many places, they faced violence from ruling-party loyalists and security forces.
